By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

2. Services<\/strong><\/p>

We provide online counselling services in mental health issues. Our services may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one sessions, group sessions, webinars, and access to educational materials.<\/p>

3. Payment and Fees<\/strong><\/p>

Payment for our coaching services is collected by online payment gateways. Any fees associated with our services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/p>

4. Scheduling and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

Counselling sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy<\/a>. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>

5. User Conduct<\/strong><\/p>

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of our services.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>

All content and materials provided as part of our counselling services are the property of Coach Shridhar Jadhav and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.<\/p>

7. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>

We respect your privacy, and any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.<\/p>

8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

We do not guarantee specific results from our counselling services, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.<\/p>

9. Modifications to Terms<\/strong><\/p>
